Hi everyone, I’m planning a birthday celebration and considering a community hall as the venue. I’m also thinking about getting the hall decorated for the birthday.

Has anyone here used a community hall for a birthday decoration setup? I’d like to know whether these halls usually allow balloon decorations, backdrops, banners, and other temporary décor. Are there any restrictions on fixing decorations to the walls or ceiling?

Also, is it better to arrange the decoration yourself or hire a professional birthday decoration service for the setup?

Would appreciate any advice or experience from the community.
